The Brownsville Community Culinary Center offers a free vocational culinary training program which assists its participants in elevating their culinary craft, starting or developing their careers, and increasing their business and social acumen. With dozens of graduates, the BCCC’s Culinary Training Program has become a staple within the community and an excellent way to jumpstart the careers of many.
